Three months after the signing contract, we still have an unfinished island in kitchen with no hope for completion. Cabinet and countertops rep, Linda, is never at work and, when actually contacted, stalls and makes excuses.
Same for designer, Victoria. Contractors for completed work were great. Plumbing, electrical, appliances all were installed with skill and care.
But trying to connect with Lowes Reps was frustrating and aggravating: they were impossible to get by phone and were rarely in the store. Linda showed interest in satisfying us (the customer) and we have no idea how to get the job completed (other than nagging) or who to contact.
