Danca Tub Diverter is Garbage product which Lowe's does not want you to know. http://www.danco.com/HowTo/How-To-Replace-a-Tub-Spout First time I thought it was an error. This is the second rejection I received from Lowe's. Now that I know they "edit" reviews, I have no confidence in any of the reviews on their website. Beware people. Lowes in Wilmington, North Carolina - I brought a push mower and took out the extended REPLACEMENT warrantee .

I brought a push mower last year took out the 2 year replacement plan in less than a month I use it twice in space about 12 feet and it stop working took it back to the store they said it was stil under manufacture warrantee and they can't replace it ,so they fixed it well it's till gave trouble my son left it in the container I did not know it was not working so I took it back this week after the year was up and still he'll to replace it ,anyway I have made my decision I don't care if Home Depot charge me twice the price I won't buy anything like that in lowes ever again because I am not prepared to be rip of anymore from your store,I work hard for my money and I don't think I want to throw it down the drain,replacement warrantee is getting a mother one not a lot of abuse.thanking u in advance R.Bahmer.618-979-2331

I purchased a refridgerator that was "in stock" with my debit card on Saturday of Labor Day weekend. Not only did I not get the next day delivery as advertised (it wasn't delivered until Tuesday), but it was an old beat up floor model. We called and were offered a replacement of a different model, but due to nothing in stock it'll take 2 weeks for a fridge. Now im stuck using coolers until I get my refund which will take 2 or 3 days. This is horrible and no compensation for their errors. Horrible.

I ordered a range and washer and dryer on the 11 of July got range on the 19th and was damaged got replacement on the 6th of August with 100.00 off nice then was told washer and dryer would be delivered on the 9th was called on the 8th AND didn't now where they were. 5 different people so many different dates they had my money on the 11th of July needed washer and dryer for wife had cancer treatment and now I'm going to home depot LOWE'S can *** the BIG one don't shop there services suck

DID NOT purchases frig at Lowes scratch&dent sale!

Purchased brand new frig from Lowes a couple of days later freezer door warped. Called Lowes, got shuffled to just replace door, knowing I had 30 days to have a "new" replacement. Took calling corporate to get get new one (supposedly). New one arrived 61/2-7 hrs. after scheduled delivery&brought one that was dented up! That one had to be taken back& another to be rescheduled for delivery again. How many times does this take to get right? I did not go to a scratch&dent sale at that store when I didnt pay for scratch&dent merchandise. hrs. after scheduled time, new one door DENTED! Lowes had to take that one back! Delivery guy was OVERLY RUDE, after Lowes informed him of the problem, he walked into my kitchen demanding to know what was wrong with the one I had now!

Your freezer door warped? Was it 2000 degrees in your kitchen?

The delivery guy was pissed because he had to lug your *** fridge out of your house again, not at you personally.

People forget places like Lowe's aren't manufacturing appliances in the back room. They're just as pissed when they get a damaged one that they then have to sell at a loss.

Sold wrong poduct Lowes refuses to make it right!

I purchased granite counter tops and a stone back splash through Lowes and used their installers. Our project coordinator, an associate of Lowes, helped us choose tiles to match the granite counters we chose. We made our decision and were sent home with six sample tiles. When our tiles were installed I was at work, when I returned home and saw the tiles they were not the same color as the samples we received. We based our choice of tiles on what we were given in the store the night we made our purchase. The tiles installed do not match our counters and are much, much darker than the tiles we chose. The manager of the store came out to our home with our project organizer and the project organizer admitted the tiles were not the same color as what she had given us as samples. The store manager told corporate that the tiles in our home do match what is in the store, that is what is in the store today NOT when we made our choice, and Lowes now refuses to correct their mistake. When the store manager and the project organizer were in our home, our project organizer admitted the tiles did not match the tiles she showed us when we made our purchase. She said this in front of my husband and I, and the store manager. When corporate contacted these two individuals they lied and said that conversation never occurred. Lowes is refusing to make this right and we will now have to pay someone to fix the problem. The combination of the tiles with the counters we have looks awful! Lowes promotes their dedication to 100% customer satisfaction, however, Lowes clearly has no interest in customer satisfaction and I am very disappointed in the moral character of their employees and the lack of concern we received from corporate. I know it will not effect Lowes the least little bit if we discontinue shopping there, but I will never buy another thing from Lowes. I will also do everything I can to let other consumers know that Lowes cares nothing about its consumers and does not make good on the claim that they are dedicated to customer satisfaction.

If you purchased a stone backsplash there is no guarantee that it will look like the sample, same goes for stone countertops. Mother nature controls the quarries, not Lowes. I would like to know what you purchased exactly.

I know that natural stone is varied in color. We chose a stone that was almost white. The entire box was almost white, little bit beige, and the store even has a sample "wall" of this tile. There is another color scheme of this same brand and it is predominantly very dark brown, with a few lighter tiles. We were given this darker color scheme.

I have an update though. I contacted corporate customer service and the women was very helpful. She contacted the head management at the store and he called me. He said he would have an installer come out and replace the tiles that are too dark. BUT, he said I would have to "sift" through the boxes of tile to find the lighter colored ones. He acted like I was crazy, as did the other manager, when I told him there were no dark tiles in the boxes we originally chose and paid for. I met him at the store and sure enough, there were two separate color schemes of the same brand of tile. He had to admit that clearly the store employees are not familiar with their own products. This was not an issue of getting natural tiles that varied in darkness, it was an issue of being given the wrong color scheme. Although it was obvious, I felt compelled to reiterate to him that there would be no need to sift through the tiles if the tiles we had ordered were installed. There are actually three color schemes of this tile. The ones we ordered (almost white), a very light beige/brown, and the very dark tiles.

This was Sunday, late afternoon and he said an installer would call that evening or by yesterday afternoon at the latest; I am still waiting on that call.

Once again Im having issues with our replacment Garden Treasures cabana top, by the way 2nd one this summer!!!! And have had to buy new every year since we purchase this 600 dollar item from you! If your going to offer replacement parts at least sell the public the same one that came with their product~~~We could have built a nice wooden cabana off the back of our home with the money we have spent on replacement parts for this *** cabana~~ We were satisfied at first until we had to start ordering a new top every yr~~~~~~~~~ Make it right~~~~~

Lowes in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania - VALSPAR PAINT CANS RUST,LIDS TOO WEAK TO STAY IN SHAPE

Went to buy gallon of Valspar white, sales person put it into the shaker and the can collapsed at the top/bottom. Told me it was OK. Asked for another. Tried to open a 3 year old gallon of Valspar and it was rusted tight, could not get lid off because opener deformed the lip all the way around. Went to store, 2 staff got the lid open and offered to sell me a replacement can for $5, on top of the $30 for the gallon I paid originally. Paint is good for about 3 years they said... Maybe Valspar keeps costs down ($30/gal.!) buying thin, recycled steel cans, and Lowes sells them because they can offer you a replacement in a couple of years. Lowes CONTACT on website has no phone numbers or e-mail address. Help button link says NO HELP. Valpsar phone only has recording, never got reply. Just be aware of what you may get buying Valspar Paint at Lowes Home Improvement stores.

Lowes in Elizabeth, New Jersey - Kitchen Installer Replacement

I received the Kitchen Cabinets on Thursday, May 30, 2013. I called the installer (Mr. Collins) to set a date to install my kitchen cabinets. The installer told me that he will call me back with an installation date. He never returned my call and the only reason he finally called me was only because Lowe's customer service called him. Finally the installer calls me to give me an appointment for Monday, June 3, 2013. I told the installer that I already have personal appointments scheduled for June 3, 2013. I asked him if he can come on Tuesday, June 4 or Wednesday June 5. He stated that he cannot because he will be on vacation. I called Lowe's customer service to have another installer come to install my Kitchen Cabinets. Customer service informed me that they don't have anyone else in my area which is UNACCEPTABLE! The installer called me again after customer service called him and he stated that he can come to install the Cabinets on Wednesday, June 12 which is two weeks after receiving the cabinets which is UNACCEPTABLE. I told the installer that I will accept this date but that I’m calling customer service because I’m frustrated with this service. I want a replacement installer to come over to install my kitchen cabinets. I have the kitchen cabinets in boxes taking up the space in my entire kitchen and another box in my living room. This is very upsetting that Lowe's such a big department store don't have a replacement installer in my area. The installer goes on vacation and the customers have to wait until he returns because Lowe's doesn't have a replacement installer. This is UNACCEPTABLE and I'm NOT happy with this service and It's frustrated that Lowe's cannot have someone to install my cabinets.

After paying Lowes $289.00 to install the free sink

that came with the quartz countertop, we are informed

by the installers that they do not hook up the faucet

or garbage disposal. Then, we had to pay another $229.00 for

them to do the backsplash. We won't be doing business

with Lowe's again.
