ordered a custom air return Lowes told me they would call when they receive the product. call the store they told me it wasn't there and then they would call me when it came.
I finally went into the store to see if it arrived it was sitting in the store 14 days when the looked up my order.
when they finally found it the box has been opened which means someone looked at it and still didn't call me. I complained about it to the service department no one could care less I've spent a lot of money over the past year at Lowes and will not be returning because of the poor quality of service there.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of lowes return policy. Lowes needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
