They are not interested in customer service, I have only been asked twice out of 20 or more visits for the my Lowe's card to scan my purchases. Cannot take the program seriously when the employee ringing the purchase doesn't.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of other product. Lowes needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
