Ordered thousands of dollars worth of new appliances including a gas (propane) range. Was told the propane orifices would come with the range when I ordered it.

First range arrived damaged after almost 6 weeks. Had to wait for replacement to come in, another 2-3 weeks. When unpacked, no propane orifices. Was told two weeks to get those parts in (they are available on line with next day delivery from many suppliers!) Lowe's appliance staff completely clueless and unhelpful.

They cannot give you any reliable information, don't follow up, and certainly couldn't care less about customer service. I do not recommend this Lowe's store due to its incredibly poor management and customer service.

This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to issue a full refund as the author lost $1150. This person is overall dissatisfied with Lowes. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.

You should be complaining about the manufacturer. They are the ones that didn't pack the orifices with the range.

They are also the people that take 2-3 weeks to get you the parts. Instead you blame the salespeople who are as frustrated as you are. It's not like they can go in the back room and make you some. Do you really think they like telling people it is going to take 2-3 weeks to get your parts?

It's unfortunate that people take their frustrations out on the salespeople who are just the middleman between you and the manufacturer. Believe it or not they are trying to do their best to help you.
