Drive on up to Pella Iowa and build them if you think you can do better. The summer months get very busy for window manufacturers.

People living in the northern part of the country aren't exactly excited about replacing windows in the winter with the snow blowing so they are limited to the warmer months of the year unlike people in the south. This taxes production capacities of window manufacturing plants and they unfortunately get behind.

Orders are filled in the order they came in. Living where you do, you would have been better off ordering windows during a slower time of the year for window manufacturers.

Lowes in Brooklyn, New York - Refrigerator not delivered on due date

Ordered a refrigerator on 7/25- delivery was scheduled for 8/5/2019 only to be called on a Sunday 8/4 that it was damaged, (which as not) because I went to the store directly and was told that it was out of stock completely. They also hung the phone up. Their customer care stinks.

Do not waste your time with Lowe’s. Everything about them is a waste of time & money.

Worst consumer experience ever ... in every aspect.

This company is doomed. I get the impression that management has no control & the employees & delivery are running a racket.

Thomasville Georgia Lowe’s. I bought refrigerator and they had to order it. Waited 2-3 weeks for the delivery. They called on 6-26 to verify my address for delivery on 6-27- 19. I called the morning of 6-27 to find out what time of the day they were delivering and the guy in delivery said mam I’m glad you called cause we don’t have your refrigerator and I don’t know what happened. Went that evening to get my refund and no one even offered to explain what happened and really didn’t care that I was upset or tried to help me find another refrigerator. Will never buy from any Lowe’s again. I’m remodeling my home due to a fire and had planned on getting everything from Lowe’s but not now and not ever!

Picked out a fridge on Fri and the guy in appliance section ran it through pc and said it can be delivered on Sun. Paid for it up front and they couldn't tell me what time. Sercice desk said it would take 2 weeks. Wife was more patient than me and decided to call warehouse. Warehouse said itll be delivered tomorrow (Sat) betweeen 2:30 and 6:30...Great! At 5:30 Sat I call the warehouse and they tell me it didnt come in the night before but will be in tonight. They try to reschedule me for the following day and put me on hold for 10 minutes. We can't reschedule you sir because rhe fridge hasn't come in. ...what? It wasnt there the first time you scheduled me... but ok. We'll try to schedule you tomorrow if it comes in. These jokers will never get another dime from me for something thats not in my hand.

Ordered item on Black Friday online. The email receipt states that they will send me other emails on the order/delivery status, this was never done. I called Lowes helpdesk and they stated that it was delivered when it was never received by me. They opened a tracking ticket with FedEx and had me follow up with FedEx on the delivery. I called Fedex and they stated that the package was lost and to call Lowes to start lost package processing. I called Lowes and asked for the item to be reshipped. They said ok and a store manager will call me in 24hrs. That never happened. I call Lowes again and this time they said that they sent the request to the wrong store and that a store manager from the correct store will call me in 24 hrs. Again that never happened. Lowes failures : - email updates on delivery status was never sent - store managers never called - why should I be the one to call FedEx when it wasn't me who contracted with them to deliver the item. Take away : NEVER shop online with Lowes. Go to there competitors instead or even better Amazon as they will make sure everything is right.

My aunt order doors they came in but one of them was wrong so they order another one and yet again it was wrong again, theyorder the door again yet it wrong again the door they put in was supossed to have a window which matched the other door but guess what it does so dont order stuff from lowes almost 3 month and they still messed *** up

Never buy from lows on line I purchased items from lows on line and when they came wrong once called customer service instead of helping he was giving me the run around to travel about 30 miles to a another location to exchange the items even though I knew that store had the items before I made my order because it was a hike to go get them I decided to get them on line Do not buy from the online store

You do know that Lowes doesn't manufacture the refrigerator don't you? It's the manufacturer that is backordering it.

If it's backordered Lowes has no real way of knowing when it will arrive. Most manufacturers deliver once a week from their warehouses. The only way the stores know there is a backorder is when the truck shows up with a packing list showing the backorder. Manufacturers aren't very good at communicating when the appliance will actually be delivered.

LG for example has a warehouse in Texas. If they run out of an appliance it has to come on a boat from Korea. Stock may be coming into the warehouse at any time but if it has to be manufactured you have the manufacturing time plus 3 weeks on the boat and another week to get from the warehouse to the store.

If the store really pushes and finds a customer service rep at the manufacturer who is willing to actually track the order they may get an answer in 3 or 4 days. The moral of all this is if you need an appliance right now don't buy anything that isn't in stock at the store or their own warehouse.

I ordered flooring for my kitchen, they completely missed my landing stairs that was suppose to be part of it. Ignored me when I called and sent a message and said I would have to pay for the flooring and service all over again, due to Lowes error, really! So I'm getting floors again, I will not be calling Lowes.
