Shaw carpet from Lowe's separated from its backing in less than a year, causing the seams to separate in numerous areas. Shaw assumed no responsibility for its defective merchandise.
Lowes promised to look into replacing the carpet as a goodwill gesture. It has been over 6 months and the only contact from Lowes has been when I go to the store and speak with the 'manager of the moment'. I get promises they will look into the matter - apologies that the matter isn't settled yet - and guarantees someone will call 'tomorrow'.
DON'T SUBJECT YOURSELF TO THIS 'IGNORING WITH A SMILE' TREATMENT! STAY OUT OF LOWES STORES!!!l

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of shaw carpet and associated monetary loss in the amount of $1800. Lowes needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
