It's as easy as typing in dog eared fence panel. Quite a few pop up. Try simple requests rather than adding a bunch of qualifiers as they might not match an exact description.

You don't have an account with Lowes. You have an account with an independent credit company that issues a card for use at Lowes.

Look at your bill for information on where to send your payment. If you have lost your bill, call the customer service number on your.

credit card. They will be able to assist you in sending them a payment.

I places an order on line end of January for a whirlpool washer. Was promised delivery on February 5th that was pushed back to the 7th. Then I got a voice mail from Beech Grove In store manager saying I was still scheduled for delivery on the 7th.i also got an email saying the same Then I got a call from another manager next day saying the delivery had been pushed back again. They were willing to give me a 10% discount on the order if I’d wait so I said ok. Then next day I get a call from a lady saying there would be another delay. She said I can’t give you any more discounts to wait so I canceled the order. The most awful customer service I’ve ever had. I went to Home Depot. Much better service.

Purchased ( on CC Card) lumber today, at checkout associate reminded me to enter to win $300. Went on www.lowes.com/survey. Took survey, answered a lot of questions about products (sure hope I don't get more spam by giving e-mail add.) Towards end given list to purchase something, multi. pages to purchase something, when I didn't lost chance to enter for Gift card. Home Depot is also close and I have card for them also.

To LOWES, If you really want to not only stay in business, but instead make real progress, focus on the customer service and review, because this is the real representation of any company. And who comes in direct contact with the customer? The employee in the bottom... I have been in retail for many, many years, and I have to let you know that you became very lucky having Sylvia as a sales associate in Amherst NH. More particularly I met Sylvia a few years ago when she was working at Home Depot in the painting department. I had to find the right paint to match with the existing one for my kitchen cabinets as I was adding new pieces. I was quite confused, I did not know what to do, and even worse the associates in general try to avoid you. This is not something new to me as it is not so unusual. But what impressed me from the very beginning was Sylvia's prompt demeanor to help me right away. She listened to my concerns, realized immediately what was my problem, offered options, and narrowed them down based on my needs explaining why. She solved my problem by finding the exact match through trial and error very quickly. She was helping me without neglecting other customers or wasting time. Willing to help, good listener with patience, very knowledgable, fast, still active and very kind to all, customers and coworkers, and most importantly all this time without being under any supervision! A week ago I stopped at Lowes in Amherst and to my suprise I ran into Sylvia again. I knew that it was my lucky day. I had not seen her for many years, but I still remembered her. Now she works in the lighting department, however that did not stop her from leading me to the tiles department, introducing me to the person in charge, and still helping me with tile selection. And again she reminded me that any time I need her to not hesitate to visit and reach out for her. Now as a customer and with long retail experience, I feel the need to let you know, that if you REALLY WANT BIG NUMBERS, the bottom employees who REALLY PRODUCE, DESERVE ALL THE REAL ATTENTION and SUPPORT by you, the upper ups, because they are VERY RARE TO BE FOUND. Lowes - Is this the 90's?!
I live in a state with snowy winters. Today, I decided to finally get a snow blower as the one I had kept my eye on was on sale - normally $599, sale price $399. Sounds like a no-brainer. Except, Lowe's website sucks. If you add the snow blower into the cart, it reverts to the original price. Tried multiple times and it finally went into the cart at the sales price. Went through the check out process, got all the way to the review cart section, when the price was showing the normal price. If I hadn't noticed the discrepancy, I would've lost out on $200 because of their garbage site. I have since tried multiple times to get this to work - literally wasting 30 minutes for a simple purchase. I still don't have a purchase, because when the sales price is reflected properly, you cannot input a credit card option. I feel like the site needs a major overhaul, I have never been this frustrated with an internet purchasing since the 1990's. Guess I'm going to Home Depot instead, what a waste.

He is one of 2 types of people. First one is he is one of those people who would rather be the 20th person in mcdonalds drive thru and sit for a half hour in his idling car while playing on his phone instead of parking, getting out of his car and going the front counter where there is a cashier waiting for someone to walk in.

Or he is the type to search day and night for significantly underpriced misprints and then be a D--K to the store employees insisting he is able to buy the item for the very low misprint price. if the item was a online misprint and he goes in store the salesman and cashier would be aware of the significant error and he would have the pay the intended price.

I've wasted 3 days attempting to place online order using my certificate. Keep getting message that 'gift certificates can't be used to purchase other certificates'. Problem is I'm NOT trying to purchase another certificate, I want to order plumbing and electrical supplies. Used their useless "Chat" feature multiple times only to be told over and over to try again . . . their website and help features suck! It's 2018 folks, fix your website, unless you're trying to lose customers to Home Depot. I really do not like to have to deal with these types of problems when I need to make a purchase and will avoid shopping at Lowes in the future.

Lowes - Online rebate submission

Recently bought windows from Lowe's considering the $500 rebate. Unfortunately, Lowe's website for rebates has serious issues from entering the information to submitting it! I don't understand why the purchase date format is yyyy/mm/dd ?? I've never seen it backwards before and when I did it on my cell phone there was no indication so I tried it for hundred times in vain. After figuring that out on my desk top computer, I entered all info correctly but it never confirmed my submission after hours of buffering! Needless to say, quite frustrated from spending all afternoon for nothing! Hopefully someone will help over the phone at customer service tomorrow!

I will not be a returning customer. I have had multiple issues with the online store and each has resulted in bad customer service. I wanted to purchase an item that was on sale for $49 from $99. I went online to purchase the item and when in the checkout field it would redirect me back to the site. After multiple times and several computers later I found it was a site error not user error. I went online today to try again and the price was back up to $99 So I chatted with a representative and she said it was redirecting me due to the item being out of stock, but I could purchase it now for $99. How would it work now? No explanation....Would not alter the price due to a Lowes error and I had already went to multiple stores on black Friday that were out of stock.
