Bought the extended warranty and when my refrigerator had a minor issue and i waited on the phone for an hour, they finally told me the part i needed repaired wasnt covered. Not only that, the customer service supervisor Samantha couldn't have done a worse job handling the situation.

Because of Samantha (the call taking supervisor ) and the way she handled the situation, i will never buy another product from lowes again. Home Depot is right next door and actually takes care of their customers.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss warranty issue of whirlpool refrigerator. Lowes needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.

I would try calling them back. The extended protection program covers everything EXCEPT user neglect.

They should have covered any wearable part. What specifically was declined?
