I bought 3 boxes of bullnose tiles for a bathroom project. I changed my mind about using bullnose tiles and decided to use extruded trim instead.
Tried to return the tiles without a receipt because I can't find it. Lowes will not accept the return - won't even give me store credit for them. I emailed their refunds account: email@example.com and got no satisfaction from them either.
No reason other than: "we require a receipt for return of that item." The boxes are pristine and the tiles are not used or broken. So, I'm out $60 and am very unhappy.
