I was told nothing can be done to my fridge. Lowe’s is just selling bad product and I will never go back to Lowe’s again.

Never again will I buy from Lowe's. I bought a stove that I purchased the warranty for. There was an issue with the stove that I had the repairman come out to "fix" six times. Six days I had to take off of work for this. The warranty is now up and the problem is continuing. When I called Lowe's warranty number I was told basically I'm out of luck. I believe if the problem started during the warranty period and the fact that either the stove is a lemon or the repairman are not competent they should make good on the warranty that I paid for. So much for the "protection" you get from purchasing these warranties. Best to not fall for the scam and when the appliance breaks after the manufacturer's warranty runs out just buy another. You will save money in the long run---and much aggravation, too.

purchased a defective door. took lowe's two months to write up report and get manufacturer involved. i ended up having to call the store and speak with the manager in order to get things moving. Don’t buy appliances from Lowe’s, EVER | Lowes review from Marshfield, Massachusetts

After 14 months our fridge started leaking. I have the extended warranty and Lowe’s sent someone out several times to attempt to repair. After 3 months of weekly ,sometimes daily çalls I was told they were going to buy it out still with water leaking on my floors. I was told that I could put a home owners claim in with my insurance company to fix my floors that they would not be responsible. I have had to make all the calls without any return calls back. I was told I would have reimbursement within 1 week. I just received an email a week later that they were just starting my reimbursement and I should receive it within 2 more weeks. Lowe’s truly sucks. They could care less about customers.

I had an amazing experience with the wareham Lowe’s carpet installation, were very polite and friendly, i normally go to Home Depot but I’m glad I gave lowes a try. The two guys moved a huge sectional and some other furniture and did it with a smile . I highly recommend buying and installing there rugs you will not be sorry

My 74 year old DISABLED husband went in to buy a microwave. He found what he was looking for and went over to a nearby associate. He asked for assistance the guy asked him if he had a carriage. When my husband said no, the guy told him, "I can't help you until you get a carriage." My husband walked away went to get a carriage and went back to the microwaves. My husband loaded it on by himself (50lbs) and looked over to see this fat *** standing there watching him. This is the final straw with LOWE'S. I had issues with them over the summer after we bought a $2000 lawn tractor. NEVER AGAIN!! Home Depot here we come. Unfortunately, I would have to give them at least 1 star for customer service. They don't deserve even that many.

Once again Lowes rebate center said on line paperwork submission was incorrect. This has occured before and resubmitting same detailed info comes back product (paint) and now washer/dryer arenot elgible! Why are we given rebate info at purchase only to have it said to be wrong. A system which is difficult to use is not worth the trouble. No more rebates. No more Lowes.

Placed an order for truck delivery for materials to DIY a patio (since I wasn't about to load ~3,000 lbs into my suv by myself) Received a phone call confirming Monday morning delivery, then received the confirmation text message as well. Monday morning, I received the email confirmation that my shipment was out for delivery. When it didn't show up by the end of the delivery window I called to ask where it was. Now they're saying it'll be delivered Tuesday. Absolutely no respect for their customers time. If you commit to a delivery date, get it delivered!

Completely disregarded Their delivery window TWICE. when we called the lady on the phone was rude on top of it.
