Lowes in Stoughton, Massachusetts - Impossible rebate

Once again Lowes rebate center said on line paperwork submission was incorrect. This has occured before and resubmitting same detailed info comes back product (paint) and now washer/dryer arenot elgible! Why are we given rebate info at purchase only to have it said to be wrong. A system which is difficult to use is not worth the trouble. No more rebates. No more Lowes.

Their delivery service really sucks. I have gone through a similar experience myself.

Completely disregarded Their delivery window TWICE. when we called the lady on the phone was rude on top of it.

Usually estimates for fencing will specify how many feet of fencing will be installed. Was theirs the lowest bid because they were providing less fence in their bid?

You returned it the store or did the delivery drivers return it? If you returned it yourself, you would have gotten the refund right there at customer service. If they returned it, you'll have to speak to the delivery department.
