Had made a special order for a window which took two weeks to come! The window came in broke and dirty and a piece missing.

My husband is a contractor this delayed his job. He reorder the window the manager said he would take care of the problem. Went back the next week same problem the window was cracked! The manager never handle the problem!

My husband was very upset! He saided that Lowes will not get his business like I saided he's a contractor and your company is going to lose customers!

Someone needs to talk to the day manager at the Easton,PA Lowes the customer service there sucks!!! I'm going to get in touch with corporate office about the situation

Why are you posting this complaint? Sounds like an embellished second hand story from your husband written by someone that doesn't have a full grasp of the english language. Where did the word "saided" ever come from?
