We bought a lot of metal roof panels and installed them our selves. They were excellent at first but within one year we started noticing rust in different areas of our roof. No trees or build up of debris so that has not caused the problem. Also we bought the best that they offered so it was not a cheap price just cheap quality. Never again total waste of money. Now we have to find a way to remove the rust cause it looks horrible. My advice is to purchase from place like Reid's Metal if you have that option where you live. I know we will.

Lowes - Horrible Lowe's Experience
I would love to get involved in on this class action lawsuit. I paid $8000 for a new roof and i was told after it was completed that I had rafter issues. Instead of telling before they completed the installation they decided to roof over if and my decking boards are warped and they didn't fix that either, which was in our conversation to be fixed. I am not happy with my results. I want my money back to have my roof fixed the correct way. I have talked to several Lowe's people on the phone and it has not done one bit of good. Lowes - Ryan manager wrost employee ever
Bought a shower unit 3 boxes got base installed in concrete then opened second box all three panels cracked / broken. I have pictures after speaking with corporate office was told should not be an issue. Went to store 1 hour each way 3 separate occassions still dont have a refund and a contractor on hold with no way to install a broken unit. So beware lowes does not stand behind their products!!! Out close to 2,000.00

Lowes in Olive Branch, Mississippi - Horrible Lazy Kid

Went in looking for fence pickets this guy sent me to the garden center. The garden center sent me back to lumber. I seen this guy three time and he was no help. I told him he needed to be more helpful and he started yelling at me and my husband told him he couldn’t talk to me like that. He told my husband it was about to get real and to leave the store. I only started recording at the end of the conversation. Lowe’s is one of my favorite places to shop and I will continue to shop there but something needs to be done about this kid.

If you are talking to some kid (child) rather than an employee what do you expect. If in fact this person was a young adult employee and you treated them like a child why would you expect an adult response. Sounds like you may be an old *** that has a hard time dealing with the younger generation.

This is my fourth experience with a bait and switch scam at the Lowe's in Hattiesburg, MS. I have reported two of them to corporate, but they actually facilitate the practice at the local store. This fourth experience on 12/7/2015 involved a sink that was advertised on sale for 45% off. ("$109.45. Was $199.00. Save 45% thru 12/31/2015") I made my purchase online for pickup at my local store that same evening. (There were 3 in stock.) After paying for the item online and receiving email confirmation, I began disconnecting my old sink and preparing the site. While in the process of doing that, the store called and said they could not find any of the 3 in-stock sinks and they suggested I look at a different sink. (The only comparable sink was $120 more expensive.) When I refused to consider a more expensive sink, they said I would have to go to another store to buy a sink at that price. So, I contacted online support to get one sent from another store to pick up locally; but, they simply sent me a link to purchase the newer model sink for $229 ($120 more than the sink I purchased). Even though my local store has 3 in stock (let's face it, shoplifters don't walk out with 3 sinks tucked under their jacket ... the sinks are there, somewhere), they are insisting that I purchase a different sink that is more than double the price of their advertised sale. I also located the same sink at a similar sale price at 4 different Lowe's locations within a day's drive. Despite doing the leg work and finding other stores with the sink, online customer support refuses to simply do an in-store transfer to have one of those sinks sent to my local store in order to fulfill the order. In the meantime, Lowe's has placed a 10-day hold on my credit card for the amount of the original purchase. Despite being informed that they were selling an allegedly non-existent item, the Lowes.com website still lists the item for sale at that price in my local store with three of them still in stock.
