I bought a new kitchen range (General Electric) from the Spokane North Store with my Loew's credit card. That was on October 22, 2020.
Our nephew Les Somerlott picked it up for us on Friday, October 23, 2020. I never got a receipt of any kind, I paid for a extended warranty and have never seen what it actually covers, I never got an owners manual and I requested paper billing, but have not received that either. I would really like to get the receipt that shows when and what I paid for the range, a copy of the warranty to see what it covers for sure, and an owners manual to help explain the cleaning, why the timer blinks for so long, etc.
Thank you for your help. I have been trying off and on since the first part of November by phone, but never get to talk to anyone.
The Spokane store's phone rings for 3 minutes then cuts you off.

User's recommendation: I really like the range, just need the paperwork!
Preferred solution: Please send me by snail mail copies of the original receipt, manual, warranty and monthly bills..
