My close friend and neighbor ordered an entire kitchen (cabinets, counter & sink, new floor) from Lowe's in April 2016. They did not even deliver until June, then left all the unopened stuff until September.
Now it is October; the cabinets have no handles, appliances are not
installed, and they "lost" the custom counter top. She is not likely to
have a usable kitchen before Christmas!!! Lowe's has either abused orignored her!!
The first installer from Lowe's called in sick many times. Lowe's never supplied a different installer. Now they don't even make excuses, they just don't show up. Too bad she paid up front!
