The intial sales reps were courteous, but the rest of Customer Service is HORRIBLE! It has been a year now since we ordered window installation last July which didn't actually begin happening until September and has not finished yet until this July.
The installer has made appointments to come but cancelled numerous times. The windows installed do not open smoothly all the way up. The door lock installed has issues unlocking as well. Calling the designated sales person is of no use.
When I called to complain to Lowes Customer Service, they just bounced me from the 800 # to Lisa the sales coordinator who bounced me back to the 800#. The 800# for Feedback itself is staffed by most unhelpful person.
We don't even know who to contact to get this completed and the issues fixed. NO ONE at Carol Stream LOWE's really cares it seems - once they have your money.
