We had ordered a new dishwasher and refrigerator on Black Friday 2016. They did not come in until January 11, 2017.
During the process of bringing the dishwasher into the house, the delivery people damaged the kick panel under the front door on the porch. When they brought the refrigerator into the house and put it in place, it did not fit where we wanted it to go - it was about one inch too wide. After the delivery people left the house, I discovered the issue with the refrigerator, so I went outside to flag them down to point out the issue.
Instead, they sped off down the road without looking in their rear-view mirrors. We ultimately had to demolish some custom-made overhead storage cabinets to get the new refrigerator to fit.
