Lowes in Brooklyn, New York - Rude customer service rep

Service desk at the counter was very rude. When I asked him why I had to pay he relaid because you didn't purchase an extended warranty. I said I did he argued with me said no again. Then asked for a receipt. I said I dont have the receipt. Then he was like. I can't help you. He sat down on his chair. Then I called the 800 number to verify over the phone that I brought an extended warranty Way to go lowes. I wonder who trained that service rep. Your competition will be very happy with my business.
