Lowes in Schenectady, New York - Larry Russo: rude service, won't answer questions, hung up on me: New Horizons

The company name is New Horizons and the employee name is Larry Russo (not Lowes)

They provided winter plowing service and damaged both my garage door and mailbox. I asked them to replace both. One brother Ed provided reimbursement for the garage, but Larry replaced the mailbox himself. While I was out of town, I called Larry to ask about how the work was progressing on the mailbox replacement. Larry rudely shouted that he told me 3-4 times that it was done but in fact he only informed me once, and hung up on me telling me never to call him again. I have no idea of why he had such a temper tantrum. Avoid this rude and unaccommodating man who doesn't know how to work with customers, besides which his service was obviously unprofessional in addressing all the damage he caused.

You have no idea how many of these incidents I have had to endure. Then if they return to your card as a return now its a solo purchase and you will be hit with 24.99% apr because your next payment wont go to pay that exact purchase off.

Your payments go to promotional purchases first. So if this originally was with a large purchase that fell into 0 apr for 12 or 24 months now your screwd. They arent supposed to treat these as returns or anything involving a transaction to your account. You should be able to swap and go if they want a reciept whatever to determine if its still covered but should be a one for one exchange.

Everytime its something and the old OH Kobalt just changed their policies recently. So when were we alerted?

Once again Im having issues with our replacment Garden Treasures cabana top, by the way 2nd one this summer!!!! And have had to buy new every year since we purchase this 600 dollar item from you! If your going to offer replacement parts at least sell the public the same one that came with their product~~~We could have built a nice wooden cabana off the back of our home with the money we have spent on replacement parts for this *** cabana~~ We were satisfied at first until we had to start ordering a new top every yr~~~~~~~~~ Make it right~~~~~
