The website and store pointing fingers at each other for botched appliance delivery. Guaranteed 24 hour contact was late, so what does that even mean?

Website chat person said my day was available, but they claim the chat person has no real authority. They tried to shoot the delivery out without my input it so I wouldn't see the $90 sale prices coming out.

Then they wouldn't cancel my order and refund even though they all claimed it was cancelled. No managers would speak on the phone.
