Changed delivery dates 4 times. 3rd time delivery guys came &;; refused to install frig &amp; haul away old one.
Said it was not their job but it is in sales agreement & payment. Then delayed again- missing a part. After 6 weeks still not delivered. Infuriating.
Brooklyn store never answers phone.
Must be done thru customer service which takes 45 minutes to 2 hours to answer. Rotten service.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
