What do you want someone to call you? If you have a problem with Lowes and want to talk to someone contact them. Posting on a public complaint board that has nothing to do with Lowes isn't going to do much for you.

Diana is a real treat for the store. She tackled a 90 year old woman in a power chair last week for asking her where the light bulbs where.

Did you take the time to read the terms of the warranty BEFORE you bought it? Most of these service plans limit what they pay out in repairs or replacement to the purchase price of the product.

By giving you a credit for the purchase price plus tax, they fulfilled the terms of their contract with you. They owe you nothing more. Keep in mind that if you hadn't purchased the service plan you would have an unrepairable refrigerator.

Why would you expect them to give you a refund on a warranty that paid you the price of a refrigerator? There would be a lot less complaining if people only took the time to understand what they were buying before they made the purchase rather than making a lot of assumptions about what they bought that are unrealistic.

Lowes Installation Review

Fence was installed 6 feet inside of property lines. Looks terrible. They refused to fix it. They said I got what I paid for. Now I can't enjoy my yard because I am reminded of their terrible customer service.

Why did you feel you needed to call the tech 4 times before noon? How is that going to get him there faster.

These guys are working on other peoples appliances. Do you expect them to put down what they are doing and talk on the phone. Interruptions just slow them down. Looks like he was running half an hour late as he called at 12:32 to let you know he was on his way.

What did you expect him to do when no one answered? He did what he should have done and went on to the next job. Once he is out of the area he can't come back or someone else won't get service. The unfortunate reality is you can't accurately predict how long a repair will take.

Sometimes a half hour job ends up being an hour.

The customer before you had a lot of questions and delayed the tech. There are many reasons they can run a little late.
