I wouldn't recomend anyone to buy from them! They have not held up there policy at all! They Have been rude and exctemely unhelpful! Currently I'm trying to get a lawyer and believe me I'll win! Lowes beware! And btw I'm a mother with seven children if anyone needs a washer it would be me!

Lowe's will mislead you about the time a installation will take, I purchased a Shenandoah kitchen cabinets for what is called a ten foot kitchen and have spent a great deal for upward $40K. The contract stated the project duration of 30 days, I am handicapped and my...

Lowes threatens their installers and fabricators all the time. When something happens, say a miss measurement by the store or they don't give you the right information, they pass the cost onto the installer/fabricator.

Seems as the installers and fabs lose more money to Lowes then make money. I don't know how they deal with Lowes.

You can get cabinets and countertops for far less money outside of Lowes. Honestly, they installers are threatened so much, I wonder if they even care when they are on a job

Painted a child's room. The color is a light pink. Ran out of paint with the second coat, so had to go to Lowes to get the same color just for another gallon, to do the second coat. Paint the room, and we wait for it to dry. Take the wallpaper off the walls in the...

Same thing here...got second gallon one day later and it was totally a different color. Blue undertone not tan.

Pissed! Re-taped and repainted everything and I had to re-hvlp an entire wall. The return person almost didn't give me a refund on the $27 paint when it was going to cost me $20 in materials and two days of my time to redo.

Loews machinescant make two consistent cans of paint. AVOID

the manager at that store lied. granted their return policy on gas power equipment is 30 days (on receipt) that trimmer is covered under manufacture warranty for at least a year and lowe's can have it repaired at no cost to you.

and in worst case i guarantee their vendor would give them credit on it so you could get a new one.

if you came to my store we would have done it, 2 months is ridiculous. nothing a call to corporate cant fix

Lowes in Lexington NC Sucks

Lowes in Lexington NC is incompetent. I took a chain for my saw into the store and the sales person got a chain and stated this is the one you need. I left and went home to find it was not the right size. I returned to the store and had to get a credit on a Lowes card whereby I then went to another sales person and asked for a 18 in chain. I got the only one on the shelf which had been opened. I left and went back home to find that the chain inside the package was a 20 in. I returned for the third time to be told that they did not have a 18 in chain. Now I have a blue lowes card with $31 on it that is useless to me and the charge on my credit card. I hate this store and the incompetent people they hire. I went to Tractor Supply and bought a chain from smart and personable sales people.

Lowes contacted me to say the manager would be calling me, Not heard a word since. I have quit shopping at Lowes and now drive to Winston Salem to buy building products. If the world needed an enima, the would stick the hose in Lowes to start.

Well Duke, I did do my homework. Maybe you should read the post again or maybe you work for Lowes?

I took the exact chain into Lowes and the second trip the chain had been repackaged.

Unless I am superman and can see thu cardboard I would not know it. *** people like you should work for Lowes.

Check your receipts from Lowes in Winston Salem. Today they posted these cute little outdoor candle lamps for $3.00. But they rang up for $4.00. Funny part- they were originally $4.99- so- someone put them in the puter for the wrong price. By the time the clerk sat and...

The cashier, especially the outside garden cashier is not allowed to leave her register, that is the store policy. If she does leave her register she will either get written up or fired.

After numerous emails and phone calls trying to obtain a receipt for a purchase over 1500.00 in 2006, I am getting nothing but the run around. I am trying to determine if there was an extended warranty purchased with the appliance. It was a gift, and I do not have the...

Oh No. I am going to contacat the records retention dept.

to see if I can get a copy of a receipt for May of '07.

I purchased a Genie garage door opener and they will not honor the lifetime warranty unless I provide a receipt.

The receipt has faded as it is 3 years old. If I can not get a copy, I am truly out of luck.

Buyer Beware at Lowes

I bought a lot of tile and other material at Lowes to have a contractor install. The tile ended up being about 4 different colors on my wall. Some of the tiles are a dark brown, some are light beige, some even look greyish. Even the decorative tile had some dark brown and some light beige. Even the decorative tile some were dark brown and some were light beige. I have $3,000.00 invested in an awful looking shower. Lowes will not reimburse me for this. They offered me more tile, which does not solve the problem. I do not have the money to pay someone to tear it down and reinstall it. Thanks for nothing Lowes. Shop at Home Depot.

I work at Lowe's and I can't tell you how often a customer comes in to *** about their tile or their paint not matching the others. You are supposed to mix things, to make it not noticeable when you open a new box or can.

It is not Lowe's fault that you didn't know that.

Don't be another dumb *** customer. Or go to Home Depot because we won't have to deal with your stupidity

Maybe you should take some responsibility and look at what your buying before paying someone to hang it. There is a such thing as "lots" when you buy tile.

I think your an ***.

Reading most complaints its just as much fault as the customer. Grow up.
