Lowes in Greenville, North Carolina - Samsung dryer purchase

I purchased a Samsung dryer. Two and a half months after the purchase, the dryer stopped working. Contacting lowes, I was immediately shifted to the manufacturer warranty. It took two weeks to reach someone, two weeks to get a repairman and three weeks now before a return appointment. I have been given dubious numbers to contact from lowes. This morning, the number was disconnected! I will never purchase another Samsung or lowes appliance! If you can, seek a local dealer!!!

Lowes in Elm City, North Carolina - Avoid them their service is TERRIBLE

When Lowes in Kill Devil Hills, NC first opened they were great but boy have times changed. I have been a loyal customer making many purchases each month but this broken washer (less than 60 days old) is the last straw. Cannot get service the thing just needs replaced, bad transmission and drum this is not a WARRANTY issue! Not to mention you want me to wait 2 WEEKS to get your drunk repair tech out to look at it to tell you want the MAYTAGS warranty rep has already told you. I will never do business here again 3 days of trying to get help is enough

If the glass were defective it would have cracked well before a year and a half...usually before 6 months. I wouldn't cover it either.

Lowes Customer Service NOT Returning Phone Calls

They dodge our calls regarding a warranty issue with our Granite. Left messages and they do not respond. What do we do now? This is a very expansive problem and nobody is helping us. If we don't resolve this issue, we will be contacting the BBB. Maybe this will get a response. We spend a lot of $ at Lowe's and are very disappointed. If I could give two names of the CS reps that we were refereed to I would. LOWE'S CALL US PLEASE!!! We need to get this problem resolved so that we can move forward with our next project.

Lowes in Jacksonville, North Carolina - Did Not Believe The Costumer

We bought 2 plants with a 1 year warranty but they died within 2 months so we went back to Lowe's to return them. We lost the receipt but the worker said we could give her out phone number and credit card number. She checked 3 different credit cards and said she couldn't find it so she accused us of lying so she denied the return. Even though we told her exactly what day we bought them and what the cost for them were. We went back home and found our credit card bill then returned to Lowe's but the worker wasn't there so we explained it to a different worker. She checked the credit card number again and FOUND IT! And the 2nd worker apologized for the 1st worker's mistake. We didn't care about getting our money back, we mostly hated how the 1st worker thought we were LYING! >:(

Yeah, my brother deals with people like you all day. He comes home irritated because you don't think to come prepared like a responsible adult and shopper.

Clean-cut kids aren't the issue so much as customers who can't, don't or won't read the return policies and, yet, have the audacity to get angry when the associate refuses to take the stranger's word for it. Receipts are proof of sale and it is well within reason to require them for return.

Wasn't it amazing how much quicker you got your problem resolved when you brought in the receipt. Next time you return a product bring the receipt the first time.

Lowes return policy on non sellable nursery is the product shouldnt be returned unless a receipt is present.

You just got a *** employee. That's not hard to do these days---most of the young people I used to interview for jobs were functionally illiterate and looked like they had just finished changing the oil in a truck.

I had a hard time finding clean-cut, literate kids.

At least you eventually got someone smart. Try that at Walmart!!

Oh No. I am going to contacat the records retention dept.

to see if I can get a copy of a receipt for May of '07.

I purchased a Genie garage door opener and they will not honor the lifetime warranty unless I provide a receipt.

The receipt has faded as it is 3 years old. If I can not get a copy, I am truly out of luck.
