You don't have an account with Lowes, you have an account with an independent credit company. Most credit companies will review your credit from time to time and I would guess you may not have had excellent credit as you were only offered a $2,000 limit to start with.

I really doubt that their lower your limit caused you rating to drop 100 points. I think you will find the heavy use of your various accounts during your building project is what actually lowered your rating

If the glass were defective it would have cracked well before a year and a half...usually before 6 months. I wouldn't cover it either.

There are a few different issues with this that I can try to answer. The corporate office was wrong to not provide you with your receipt in a reasonable amount of time and possibly lied about you not requesting the receipt.

Despite what the other comments have said, you were right to contact Lowes because any warranty work is usually handled using Lowes as a go between.

As the other comments stated, if the oil change was not done correctly then damage to the engine could have occurred and that would not be covered by warranty. I agree that Lowes did fail in providing the receipt in a timely manner but the cost of repair is legitimate.

I work at lowes on the front end. If a customer needs help loading the cashier will page for someone to help.

It seems that you are a usual customer that likes to give attitude, no *** why people don't come running to help you. We have this one guy that comes in three times a week just to crack jokes and critique us personally. He told me that I was a hairy as gorilla, at least I had hair, the guy was bald, but anyways associates run away or pretend to be on the phone when they see him.

The point is think about it, name a place that will do what you want in quick matter, if u waited someone would have came. The best is when they say Home Depot is better, we don't have a home depot within 20 miles of us, go ahead make that trip.
