Been three weeks trying to get our refrigerator repaired by Lowes contracted service provider Factory Warranty Services from Elkins, WV. They refuse to come diagnose the problem and just keep ordering parts that takes 3-7 days to receive. When I call Lowes they are absolutely no help at all. If they just send me paperwork, I can fix the blinds myself. There are small silver pieces that fall out and must move because then they become crooked upon lifting.

bought a new refrigerator, was delivered but delivery people connected the door controls wrong and shorted the controls out. talked to several people at lowes and a new unit was not going to be delivered for 6 days. placed several calls to talk to a manager none avaliable they took my number still have not recieved a call.

We bought paint that have a rebate, I've never had any problems with any rebates with any other store but now we got a note saying our rebate is being denied because they the receipt is damaged or unreadable and it couldn't be validated. This is ridiculous. There is no way that receipt is damaged. They just don't want to pay and i swear we will no longer shop there.

Every time we purchase anything from Lowe’s when they offer a rebate, fill out the online form and submit our receipt- we are told we did not qualify. We just spent $2,500 on 4 Samsung appliances, and was supposed to get a $200 rebate. We just get an email saying you didn’t purchase qualifying items, although the exact items we purchased are listed as the qualifying items. Lowe’s rebates are fraud. A $10 paint rebate is a big difference than spending $2,500 expecting a $200 rebate. We will be filing a BBB complaint and a suit for false advertising.

Been waiting over 3 months to het our fence installed. Told we had to pay first which we did. They did deliver the fence had an installatin date if 8 /12/19 finally. My husband took a day off work nobody showed up or called. I called the project manager told him we were upset and it was unprofessional. Told him to call me and let me know what was going on. As of yet no phone call. We paid quite a bit for this fence

Lowe's typically pays the contractors they hire around 60% of what the contractor would get paid if they had gotten the job without lowe's being involved. That's why no one wants to do any work for them except contractors that are substandard or don't know what they are doing.

You are actually better off that they haven't shown up. Contact an actual fence contractor, pay a little more, and be a lot more satisfied with the outcome.

Lowe's is probably having problems getting whomever they contract with for fence installations to actually do the work or they actually don't have anyone to do the job for the price Lowe's wants to pay them. If you paid by credit card then contact Lowe's and tell them the delay is unacceptable and you want your money back in order to find a more reliable contractor on your own.

There are many small and large fence installation companies out there. Contact a couple and get an estimate while you wait for Lowe's to credit your card or refund you what you paid. If they delay or refuse then dispute the charge for work not accomplished, etc.

If you paid by check then you may have to threaten legal action. Going thru these big box stores for projects like this is usually a mistake as you never know who they will send out to do the job---or when.

Our microwave oven quit working. On the first service date I took vacation time to be home. The first repair source cancelled and didn't inform me. After learning this I called Lowes receiving another repair date. I called this repair source. This source told me I was not on their schedule that day but another day. A BIG WASTE OF MONEY!!
