I am so pissed at Lowe's our company I am a purchasing agent for a non-profit and I placed an order for some playground items back in June 2016 for some reason (still unknown why they didn't call me prior to cancelling) Lowe's cancelled the order I called to inquire about it and was told the order was never picked up, the order was supposed to be delivered!! So I had to reorder this order on 8/8/16 as of today this order still hasn't been delivered, i have called several times and their excuse is they can't reach anyone to schedule a delivery even though I already told them they could delivery any day M-F from 8 a.m to 5 p.m. so I talked with a manager again today and was told the order will be delivered on 10/4/16. Now this order better be delivered as promised or I'm going to go straight to the store and go OFF!! Their customer service is TERRIBLE I plan on writing the corporate office

I have called Lowes in Xenia, ohio. Talked with Bob who works in the door section. We were discussing my problem ask my to hold on he thought he put me on hold but I had him on speaker phone. He talked so badly about my situation. When he finally got back on the phone i told him i heard every word he said. So in turn he gave me the part for free. But it should have been anyway. It was a lifetime warranty. Which Lowes installed. Also, all their customer service associates are rude and have no time for your concerns. I much rather go to Home Depot from now on. I DONT KNOW WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THIS STORE......

Lowes does not deliver and install on time. Stove and dishwasher delivery a complete mess. Still have not received stove after a month, lost after being delivered to warehouse. DW installed after being lost twice. Corporate and local levels need new inventory control and a better level of customer service than the 3 Stooges variety. Disgusting. Going else where for needed refrigerator.

Lowes review in Dayton, Ohio: Kitchen remodel disaster

Invested over $20,000 in a kitchen remodel and it has been a nightmare with this company. It has been 6 weeks and not even half done. Have not heard from anyone in over 2 weeks. Calls and emails go unreturned. Materials and tools sitting everywhere. Please be warned and stay away from this company. Our neighbors started same project with different company and have been using their kitchen for 10 days now. Lowes problem is that the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. We are now searching for another contractor to get in here and finish the job.

This is what happens when you are too lazy to hire your own contractor. When you hire your own contractor you have the opportunity to check their references and get to know who will be working i n your home.

You also have control over the project and the ability to fire the contractor if you want. Instead you let a retail store pick the low price contractor to do the job. Yes Lowes makes a profit on what the contractor charges them.

It's in their best interest to find the lowest priced contractor to do the job and increase their profits. These profits could have been in your pockets if you had taken the time to find a reputable contractor on your own.

Lowes review in Dayton, Ohio: Where is my delivery?

I decided to purchase a new microwave from Lowe's because they offered free delivery and haul away. So all day today I have stayed home waiting for the call that they are on their way. It is now 458 pm and still no show. I have called the manger on duty twice and both times he stated he would call me right back however he has failed to do so. This will be my last transaction with Lowe's as I have a Home Depot within a mile of my home that offers excellent customer service. I would have carted the microwave to the trash myself if I had known I was going to be put through a day of customer NO service.

I purchased a ceiling fan and a light to have installed in my kitchen. We bought them on Monday. The installed sales dept. called that day and said our installer would call by Wed. When I had no call on Wed., I tried to call into the dept. but was put on hold for 15 minutes without anyone ever answering the phone in the dept. Then Thursday morning I called the store again. A very nice young man said I should have gotten a call already and he would take care of it. Eight hours and no call later, I called again. This time the woman on the phone gave every excuse out there, first blaming the contractor and then blaming her co-worker in the office. At 9:42 p.m., I got a call from the contractor. He cannot install them until next Thursday--10 days after purchase. I should have just hired an electrician on my own, but I thought by setting it up at Lowe's I was saving myself some hassle. Clearly that is not the case!

I defaulted on my company card. I wanted to pay off after having some tough times. the collection agency told me that the account was still collecting interest and the account has doubled.I feel that this is bad not only for me but what about the other people that have not checked their accounts and getting over charged for things. his activity need to stop. I actually called them and told them I wanted to settle the debt until i found out is was still getting screwed even when it went to collections. i need some to to pay only what i owe.

You should be complaining to GE money, not Lowes. You shouldn't have a credit card if you don't know who you are actually paying.

And once you default, paying interest now, you need to call the credit agency for a pay off and it's due date. Duh.

When you applied for the credit card you agreed to pay interest on unpaid balances. What logical reason do you have for them to stop charging you interest before you pay what you owe?

My husband and I are a younger couple. He is 25 and I'm 23 and we have two young boys. We went into Lowe's when we first bought our house so we could buy a mower. There was an older guy working in that area. He was taking care of an older couple so we waited patiently for him to get done with them. Meanwhile another older couple walked up and started looking around. The employee seen my husband and I when we first walked up and when he was done with that first couple he went straight over to the other older couple. So we decided to wait till he's done with them. We had found the mower that we wanted and was standing by it and waiting for him. When he was done with that couple he looked at us and walked away. It was like we were young with children so he didn't think we could afford a mower like that. Little did he know we had every penny of it!! So we called and complained to the manager. The manager said he would talk to him but never tried to get us to come back in to buy the mower. Don't think he really cared either. So we went to Home Depot to get one and the customer service there was AMAZING!!

First of all when we are standing there and we watch the other couple walk in to the door and over to there, no they didn't ask him for help and why would we stand there and wait for him to get done with the one couple and not want help?? It is his job considering he noticed us to take care of us. We should not have to go hunt him down to get customer service!!!

This is a first. Complaining because you think you got ignored because you are younger.

Let me help you out some. Did you attempt to get his attention besides just stand there? He probably figured you didn't need anything since you never said anything to him. I highly doubt he was ignoring you because of your age.

Wouldn't surprise me if both the older couples asked him for help first, the part you failed to do. But you have to come on here because you feel like you've been wronged for being young, LOL LOL

I bought a washer & dryer from them 1 1/2 years ago...been trying ever since to get someone to help me....have talked to so many people from everywhere...they have offices...No one will help me...oh yes I have had so many promises but they don't happen. This was bought by my mother who is 84 and I am her daughter trying to get this fixed....why won't anyone help us. You have a one year warranty on the appliance. Did the appliance need repair within the one year warranty?

Did you purchase the extended warranty? If the answer is 'no' to my questions, exactly what do you want Lowe's to do about it? Call the manufacturer and complain to them they are the ones who produce the appliance.

Lowe's just sells it! If the answer is 'yes' to the above questions you have a legitimate issue and call the store manager or the call center.

I have found that the best way to get Lowes to do anything is to log onto their website and and write your complaint to the corporate office.This always gets the problem solved for me. Good Luck

Read your warranty carefuly, Call the manufacturer to get it fixed, I work for LOWES lets just say that the squeaky wheel gets greased very quickly. Sorry for the lack of service, wouldnt happen at my store.

I thought Lowes sold appliances. You would normally call the manufacturer for repair.

I bought a washer at Lowes and an extended warranty from the manufacturer. I've had one problem and called the repair number listed on the warranty and it was promptly repaired.
