I ordered six sliding glass doors online June 10 they gave me a delivery date of June 29 then they changed it to July 4 then I get a call on June 30 from XPO saying they are going to deliver it on July 1st between 8 AM and 12 PM and they will call 30 minutes before they come bye I get a call at 11:15 AM by a person at the Bedford New Hampshire store that says my items will not be delivered today and that it could be two more weeks but shes shooting for next Saturday which would be July 11 im pissed I need this order theyre holding it up and they dont care very poor customer service and I dont know about you but customers are the back bone of a business and when you give them the runaround theyre not going to be very apt to shop there again and Id like to complain to somebody that cares but theres no one out there all I get is theres a glitch in the system and that they need to fix it but they get the surveys and people may tell them but they dont fix it so Ill sit and wait for my product but this will be the last time I shop at Lowes.
