I ordered 20 boxes of laminate flooring. After a couple of days, I went to the website to check the order status. The status was "Ready for Pickup" (at the store). When I went to customer service, I was informed that the product had not yet been shipped by the manufacturer. Lots of. "Oh. Sorry." from customer service.

On a previous occasion, I ordered some vinyl siding. At first they couldn't find it, then they brought out this 8' piece of siding that was all bent up. No packaging at all.

Most orders are supposedly stored in the customer service area. However, all my orders seem to be "in the back." Average time to pick up materials at customer service is somewhere around 30 - 45 minutes.
