They keep charging late fees from now on i am going to pay in the store I always paid online and my balance never goes down I am going to cancel this card ASAP. They are not solving my billing problem so I am not going to buy anything there anymore I am going to tell all my friends and family about this company this is not acceptable you see one thing online and a different and a different thing on you statement. I don't care if my credit score goes down because this company is taking money with not reason.

Monetary Loss: $150.

Lowes didn't charge you any late fees. The credit card you use may have Lowes on the card but it is issued by an entirely different company.

Look at your bill and you will find who issued the card.

That is who you should be complaining about, not Lowes. Get in the habit of paying your bills when they come rather than waiting till the last minute and you won't need to worry about late charges.
