Paid 1900$ for a conventional oven .after 3 weeks of wait and multiple phone calls ,we have the appointment scheduled.installers come 30 minutes after the given window time,bring the wrong oven .they couldn't fit it in.so when we asked to put the old one back in,they break the door on our old oven.so then they come back later,they put the wrong oven in ( does not match the rest of our appliances ) and broke the base board and then just put it up to look like it was fine.it just fell out few hours later.i will never shop at lowe's again
