I ordered one refrigerator and washer/dryer and online it showed you will get your order in 7 days. I keep waiting and then they changed the date to 15 days then 1 month then 2 months.

Customer Service is so rude and pathetic. I ordered the items in Thanksgiving time and now can't get the same pricing also.

Never order Lowes from online because looks like online is disconnected from the physical store and nobody knows what to do for online orders. Whenever I call they just say waiting for Vendor and not even able to give me estimated delivery date.

Product or Service Mentioned: Lowes Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $1000.
