You purchased a product that has a manufacturers warranty. If you would bother reading the warranty you would find that the manufacturer will REPAIR the refrigerator not replace it.

It will also tell you to contact the manufacturer for that repair, not the retail store.

It doesn't matter where you bought it, you won't find any retail store that is going to give you a refund on a 3 month old refrigerator. Your expectations are totally unrealistic.

You are in a big store. Did you bother asking anyone where it is stocked?

If you don't ask, you may be in the same situation at other big box stores. I suggest you go to a store like ACE where someone will take you to it.

Lowes in Bald Eagle, Pennsylvania - Still not recieved purchase

purchased a Whirlpool gas dryer & LP Conversion kit on 9/2/2019, was to be delivered on 9/11/2019. still have not received them. call was told conversion kit was not delivered. called today again 9/21/2019 was told that the conversion kits has been sitting at their distribution center, and still has not been sent. was told till they receive them there nothing they do, the employee keeps calling but said there is nothing they can do till distribution gets off their butts and send them. not very happy with the way Lowe's is dealing with this problem

All these big box stores like Lowe's use self-employed outside contractors to do things like fence installation and other construction projects. Therein lies the problem: Lowe's needs to keep the cost down and the less they pay for installation the better for Lowe's.

There are many local fence companies you can contract with to do the job and since they are local and depend on referrals will usually do a much better job than some unknown installer hired by Lowe's. That's just the way it is.

Never go thru a big box company for any construction project. Hire someone on your own.

In Feburary, 2019 I paid Lowe's for new carpeting. Several weeks later, they sent out a very dirty and unkempt crew to install it. The crew did a very poor job of installation, leaving noticeable seams and ragged edges. One of the installers ruined my vacuum cleaner by overfilling it. When I complained, Lowe's promised to redo the carpeting and let me choose another. In the meantime, problems came up between Lowe's and their installers, (United Installers). This has continued for over 5 months, and they still have not installed my carpeting. Lowe's told me that they will contact me as soon as they have new installers, which should have occurred 10 days ago, but no word as of now. Don't buy carpeting from Lowe's!!!!!!!

Our fence installation date was late July, it is now August 7th and they haven't even gotten in contact with us since the estimate, even though we've come to them several times.

Have you paid them for the fence? If you haven't hear from them since you got the estimate it sounds like you haven't actually ordered and paid for the fence yet. They won't order or deliver materials till the fence is paid for.

The propane suppliers deliver on route that may be once or twice a week. There is only so much they can deliver on each visit. Not much a store can do but wait for the next delivery.

People rarely need to use the extended service plans they purchase. You have obviously made use of more than one if they have taken care of half of your claims. And since they have covered half of your claims they aren't totally worthless.

Tile grout cracking and moving. Installation was 2017 from Lake front Flooring in Erie Pa. Rep from lake front flooring said Lowes grout was an interior product, before they left he said would be in contact. that was in march of 19. went to Lowes and they said grout was not the problem and they will contact Installer.
