I couldn't agree with the other review more. Working with Lowes and Heartland has been *** Lowes charged us for the work prior to it being done. The installer canceled several times. The manager came out and promised us a free ramp installation for our hassle, but he never gave the installer the material. When we called abouy the ramp, they scheduled a time to come and did not show. I also just found a nail sticking through the door. In addition, the rood on the shed leaks.

Used two coats of Valspar paint with primer using the same color it was previously painted and it didn’t cover. I am in the third coat. I bought the more expensive signature paint and it still didn’t cover

Soooo your complaint should be with Valspar as that is their product. Lowe’s is a retail store that sells products that they purchased in bulk directly from manufacturers.

They do not manufacture paint or anything else for that matter in the back room. If they did they would need a much MUCH bigger building.

Lowes did not contact me as to when they would be delivering my refrigerator and I was not home to receive it. Then they could not tell me a delivery time for the following day. Now I'm stuck wasting another day waiting for them.

How are you wasting "another" day waiting for them? You claim they didn't tell you when they were going to make your delivery (very doubtful, they have always set a day and am or pm when I have had deliveries) so you obviously weren't sitting around waiting for them wasting a day. How can you say you will be wasting another day?

I have ordered washer & Dryer online, I placed the order based on the availability from the local store. The local store calls me at the end of the day saying they do not have the Dryer in stock. If they do not have something in stock why would they even commit the order? the lady from the store says their stocking levels which shows online are not up to date and delayed by would days. Really??? why would they even entertain the online ordering system for the customers??? They simply called me and say that they are cancelling my order, they did not even check to see if the item is available in other stores. Really sucks !!! Order#328476819

I'm a disabled vet. I was denied the ten percent discount at check out. I left after paying full price for the items I called customer service and they got me the discount.. however.. when I went back into the store the lady who originally denied me the discount stormed over sayingi checked your Id your not disabled what's wrong with you anyway.. I felt like I was in war all over again pinned down receiving fire and just exhausted out of ammo and not want I g to go through it.. the nice lady at the customer service did her best to explain what had happened and why I receive the discount but what was the front end manager continued to attack me as she pounded the refund into the computer. When she was done double tapping me in the skull she simply stepped passed my beaten corps and continued on the war path... can Lowes please educate the employees on the discount policy.. vets get ten percent during holidays disabled vets get ten percent always. Now once I was done getting attacked I looked at the customer service rep smiled and said wow she's a real nice lady. She smiled back and apologised for what I had just gone through. I told her it wasn't her that should be apologising . I left called the customer service line again filed a complaint and haven't heard back from anyone thanks Lowes for caring about our vets ( sarcasticly) please help your staff to know that not all disabled people are visibly disabled

The policy on Veteran discounts needs to be clearer. Technically the discount is only for holidays, but many stores will automatically give it if shown ID. The issue with this is that when someone goes to a store where this is ok, then goes to a store where it isn't it causes conflict.

Lowes in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania - VALSPAR PAINT CANS RUST,LIDS TOO WEAK TO STAY IN SHAPE

Went to buy gallon of Valspar white, sales person put it into the shaker and the can collapsed at the top/bottom. Told me it was OK. Asked for another. Tried to open a 3 year old gallon of Valspar and it was rusted tight, could not get lid off because opener deformed the lip all the way around. Went to store, 2 staff got the lid open and offered to sell me a replacement can for $5, on top of the $30 for the gallon I paid originally. Paint is good for about 3 years they said... Maybe Valspar keeps costs down ($30/gal.!) buying thin, recycled steel cans, and Lowes sells them because they can offer you a replacement in a couple of years. Lowes CONTACT on website has no phone numbers or e-mail address. Help button link says NO HELP. Valpsar phone only has recording, never got reply. Just be aware of what you may get buying Valspar Paint at Lowes Home Improvement stores.
