This has happened in Kroger and Lowe's parking lots. Lowe's DOES NOT CARE if your car is damaged.
The managers (Michael and George) at the Lowe's in Cordova, TN on Germantown Parkway showed no real concern for the customer and his car (ME). They said I had to contact corporate to get a copy of the surveillance tape. WRONG! Corporate said I needed to call the police and file a report to get access to the tape and the police have to ask for it.
Who ever is right....you should know all of this so when it happens to you, you understand you are screwed and so is your car. The non-caring idiots of the USA who take their merchandise out of the cart and allow the cart to roll across the lot and hit someone's car. Whoever you are, may you have a wreck that will make you look at the other person and say....***, non caring, ***.
You deserve what you dish! Some people....just SUCK!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $500.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I didn't like: Staff help, Corporate policey.
