I ordered a microwave with installation. We picked up the unit at the store but when the installer came he said he was sent to "detail" the unit but didn't quite understand why that needed to be done.
Nonetheless he refused to install the unit since the store had incorrectly omitted that we needed installation. After this was resolved after another visit to the store we have been receiving nearly daily phone calls asking whether the unit had been installed.
Each caller said that no one had indicated that someone had called previously & that they would make a note. None do date have.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss order processing issue of lowes installation. Lowes needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
