Purchased carpets from Lowe’s with installation. They send someone to install the rugs.

One of the bedrooms sliding glass doors would not glide after installation. Told the installer before he left. He went back said he had fixed it. After he left I went and checked and it still won’t glide.

After 5 calls to customer service they said they would send an inspector. They did. The inspector said that it has nothing to do with the installation. I told him the doors glided before he said the his man did not remove the doors.

I told him I was there and he did. He said he will check the report again. It’s been over a month I keep calling they keep transferring me and kee putting me on hold and never come back to the phone. He also punteros the wall inside the closet.

House is up for sale and I need to get this fixed right away. Photo of last time I called and was put on hold by the installation manager for over 30 minutes with no one coming back to the phone.
