Ordered a refrigerator online from Lowes and delivery services emailed me a delivery date of 12/20/18. After that delivery date passed w/o a frig., they now say the delivery won't happen until 1/30/19.

Can you imagine waiting 2 months for a new frig.

OMG. I won't be ordering online from Lowes ever again.

It doesn't matter what retailer you buy from, if it isn't stocked in the store and they are depending on delivery from a manufacturers warehouse you may encounter delays. My guess is that you ordered either a Samsung or LG appliance.

If their warehouses are out of stock the have to wait for replenishment from the factory in Korea. Ships don't move very fast.
