I purchased a French Door with screens in June for my patio. It took several months for me to get the doors and screens installed, like September.

The delivery person and store clerk have no idea when to schedule a delivery and how to communicate the delivery to the homeowner. After months of waiting on the doors and screens, the Installer finally put the screens in wrong. Screens are very cheap, very poor quality and don't fit the opening well. I have gaps that allow bugs to get in the house, a waste of money.

The store manager stated, I could buy a better screen for a additional $600.00, no thanks.

I am waiting for the installer to come out and put the screens on correctly, but has been several weeks for that as well. Not my best decision to deal with Lowes, will not happen again!
