I'm getting tired of having to fix items purchased at Lowe's. Yes, they will take anything back, but when you carry a vanity upstairs and find out the drawers don't close correctly, it isn't a easy thing to carry it back downstairs when you are 72 years old.

Prices are okay, but just because the vanity wasn't the most expensive, it should have been in better shape. The screws supplied were too short for the knobs.

I fixed that but am considering trying Home Depot to see if they have better quality products.

This person wrote the review because of poor customer service at Lowes. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Lowes to read this review and look into the issue (if any).

The most disappointing in user's experience was product quality is not good. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.

It doesn't matter what home center you shop at if you purchase their lower priced products you will typically find the quality and workmanship isn't anywhere near what you would get with a higher priced product. If you pay a little more for a product you will have fewer problems and be more satisfied with your purchase.
