Placed order online waited for contact to deliver product - had to call them two days later. Reordered product and additional items and was told they would contact me within 24 hours to coordinate delivery.
48 Hours later I contacted them. Cancelled the order - have to have the product to install it. They were sorry and said they would refund - contact me within 4 hours to notify me. the next day they called and assured everything refunded.
Checked my credit card statement and they had not refunded total amount.
They appear to be either extremely incompetent, or engaged in corporate credit kiting scheme. My credit in their pockets for two weeks while the product remains in their hands throughout.
