Went to Lowe's in Fort Smith AR on 11 August and on 12 August to purchase a Washer and Dryer. Could not get any information or help.

I asked a employee and was told that maybe the appliance people were busy. We were not in much of a hurry, so we came back on the 12th. No one in appliances, I asked a manager for help and was told that she thought the appliance person was busy. To top it off the restrooms were filthy.

We left there on the 12th and went to The Home Depot and within 25 minutes had purchased a washer and dryer and had a great purchasing experience.

The restrooms were also really clean.

I was never asked at Lowes if I needed help. When I asked for help I got none. There were a few other folks that left when we did.

This did cost your company my business. I always went to Lowes 1st to get what I needed.
