we tried to order from Lowes online and were told six or seven times someone would call us no on ever did, the e-mail called customer care really sucks no one from Lowes ever called, my Wife called them to check on our delivery and the guy on the phone got her number and said he would check and call right back, never happened so I guess Lowes just doesn't want our business oh well others do it was been two weeks waiting to hear from them with no word at all we wasted 4 days waiting for them and trying to call them is ridiculous they either don't answer don't know what they are talking about or take your number them never call
