We purchased a refrigerator from Lowe's had it delivered, no problem. Then we bought a dishwasher from Lowe's we paid them to have it installed.

After two weeks they delivered it only to tell us that they could not install it properly because they couldn't do any electrical in our county (the next one over) even though they knew they were coming to this county and had to leave us with an uninstalled dishwasher. So we paid to have the electrical done. Then called back to have them send the installers-another 14 days til they could come!!!!! We said that was ridiculous since it was their inability to install it in the first place that had lead us here.

We couldn't wait for their install so tried to get it done ourselves. We then decide to go ahead and use Lowe's and they told us it would be 30 DAYS at least until they could install it!!!!!!! TINA, service manager, was unnecessarily awful and rude. Needless to say we are extremely upset.

I will NEVER AGAIN use Lowe's for anything in anyway.

Unfortunately this is AFTER giving them THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM POUGHKEEPSIE LOWES!!!!!!!

Lowes Cons: Bait-and-switch tactics, Rude service manager, Improper installation, Lowes mistake but im still canceled.
