Place an order for Grill and gas tank. Received only the tank and after 3 days later call for order status. and found item is not in stock.

Why would system online display items are in stock but its incorrect.

I had many other deal at the time when i picked this for an order .

Now missed all great deal with lowe's and other stores.

I was told by the store manager when we place an order we have to take this kind of risk, nothing they can do about this.

Wish they would have compensate my lost and offer some other Grill with reasonable cost.

horrible service, Retail store don't want to be accountable for online mistake.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $170.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
