They were going to replace mower and delivery never happened. Made it seem as if I was at fault.

Everything was at the sores convenience and not the consumers. Mower that was delivered had grass and dirt on it and was missing some parts. Delivery of "new mower" was scheduled for 5-7 PM May 30 then changed to 7-9 PM, never got any calls and checked with delivery service several times. They could not contact driver, finally at 10PM they gave up.

When i contacted Lowes - I was told that driver tried to call and did not get an answer. Like I said tried to place blame on me.

Product or Service Mentioned: Lowes Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $899.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Service attitude - doing what was best for them and not me.
