How do I complain to Lowes?

Bowie Lowes Today is August 12,2020 at 1015 am the man whom is posted to answer the phone this morning is extremely rude! he has hung up on me 5 times after he couldn't figure out to properly transfer me since the phone disconnected twice. I am a regular customer but this leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Can someone please retrain him on the phones and he need customer service classes. Thank you

Since your purchase was made with a Lowes Credit card, the time frame for an exchange or refund is 30 days from the date of delivery or pick up. If they already picked it up or you returned it, you should see a refund within 10 and then processing time. Call the store (unless it was bought online) . I am a customer service representative of 5 years +.

According to the Lowe's help section, if you receive an order and some items are missing, you should contact Lowe's customer care at 1-80*-445-6937 within three days of receiving the order to report the issue.

Unfortunately, Lowe's does not provide any information about when you may receive your refund on the company website.

However, according to the comments posted at reddit.com, you should receive a refund within 3 weeks after they confirm that you are eligible for a refund. Sometimes it takes a few months to get a refund. Please try to reach out to the Lowe's customer care team for assistance:

No returns list?Is there any way off the "no returns" list? In the past 5 years, my wife and I have remodeled our bathrooms and kitchen.

With a busy family and kids running around, we take more than a few weekends to complete some things.

On top of that, we sometimes misplace or lose the receipts when projects take months over days. Anyone know a way to get off Lowe's "no return/no exchange" naughty list?

When you get denied there is a ticket that prints off. On that ticket is a phone number. You can try giving that a call but your best bet is to start keeping track of your receipts.
