I placed an internet order and 2 days later it said my order was ready for pickup at Somerset Ky. store.
I drove nearly 60 miles to find out it was not there and was told it was a glitch in the website. I tried to call the 1-888 -445-6937 to file a complaint and was bombarded with advertisements from Florida vacations, gift cards you have to pay a fee to activate, and cruises! This is the crappiest service EVER!
I intend to post this experience in every media source that will accept it. My business will be conducted at the smaller stores from here on out!
