DIDN'T GET REBATE, I WOULD LOVE TO CALL THEM, BUT CAN'T CALL A LIVE PERSON AND GET THE SAME ANSWER FROM EVERY RECORDING. THEY SAY MY REBATE PURCHASES DON'T QUALIFY BUT DON'T SAY WHY AND I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY.

AFTER ALL THE SALES ASSOCIATE TOLD ME ABOUT THE REBATE AND GAVE ME THE FORM. I SHOPPED AT LOWE'S IN DALTON, BUT FROM READING REVIEWS IT DOESN'T MATTER WHERE YOU SHOP, THE REBATES ARE NEVER RECEIVED.

I THINK THIS IS BS. PURCHASED MERCHANDISE OVER 1700.00 AND THE REBATE WAS TO BE HONORED ON A PURCHASE OF 2 APPLIANCES OF $396.00 EACH AND I BOUGHT A STOVE FOR OVER 600.00 AND A REFRIGERATOR OVER 1100.00 MY NAME IS NANCY ANDERSON AND MY OFFER NUMBER ON REBATE FORM IS 191707.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
