My name is Edward Kaiser (emailing from my wife's email) and I purchased the refrigerator in 12/2018. Great fridge!
However, even though it worked fine for almost 3 years, now it hasn't worked since 9/8/2021 when the first appointment was to fix my fridge. When the repair man came out THE FIRST TIME he told me that it was the fan blower and the gasket around the doors. He placed an order for those issues and said that the parts were due in by 9/24. It took 3 weeks to get the parts because he said they were out of stock due to supply and demand.
In the meantime, I made a claim for $300 due to the loss of all my food. The parts came in and they called me to make an appointment to have the repair man come out and install the new parts on 9/27. He put the fan in but could not replace the gaskets because he didn't have the glue. The refrigerator still did not work after the fan was installed and I called back on 10/14 to complain that my refrigerator was still not working even after the fan was installed.
This is absolutely absurd that I have to be without a refrigerator for two months and even then they can't tell me when it will be working again. At one point, they offered to buy me out and let me get a new refrigerator then they changed their mind because a part came in. How is this my fault and why should this go on any longer. I NEED A REFRIGERATOR!!!!
I am diabetic and have to store my insulin in a cooler but if I had a refrigerator I could store it in that.
If something happens to me, are you going to take responsibility? My children know the situation and if I die because I can't keep my medicine cold/cool and can't take care of myself, you will be hearing from multiple lawyers!
Give me a new refrigerator and let's call it done!!
